At Aliidecalii, every item is handmade and many products are custom-designed just for you. Because of this, our return policy is a little different than big-box stores.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale once design or production has begun.
Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes:
• Stickers
• Vinyl decals
• Custom character art cards
• Pet art products
• Custom magnets, bookmarks, and keychains
• Any item made using customer-provided photos or references
Cancellations:
Cancellation requests may be made before work has started. Once design or production begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please email me immediately. I will confirm whether production has started or if your request was received in time to process a cancellation.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me and I will make it right.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
Unused
In original condition
Returned in original packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for confirmed defects.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges & Shipping Costs
While we don’t offer formal exchanges, if you have an issue with a non-custom item, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
